English translation
1 - A broker shall be entitled to his remuneration only if his mediation leads to conclusion of the contract. 2 - Remuneration shall become due upon conclusion of the contract, even if it is not performed in whole or in part. 3 - If the contract is subject to a suspensive condition, the broker shall not be entitled to remuneration unless the condition is fulfilled.

١ - لا يستحق السمسار أجره إلا إذا أدت وساطته إلى إبرام العقد.
٢ - ويستحق الأجر بمجرد إبرام العقد، ولو لم ينفذ كله أو بعضه.
٣ - وإذا كان العقد معلقًا على شرط واقف، لم يستحق السمسار أجرة إلا إذا تحقق
