1 - If the broker is authorized by both parties to the contract, he shall be entitled to remuneration from each of them. 2 - Each of the contracting parties shall be liable to the broker, without joint and several liability between them, for payment of the remuneration owed by him, even if they agree that one of them shall bear all brokerage expenses.

١ - إذا كان السمسار مفوضًا من طرفي العقد، استحق أجرًا من كل منهما.
٢ - ويكون كل من العاقدين مسؤولاً تجاه السمسار بغير تضامن بينهما عن دفع
