English translation
The broker, even if authorized by only one of the parties to the transaction, shall present it honestly to both of them and acquaint them with all the circumstances concerning it of which he is aware, and shall be liable towards both of them for any fraud or fault committed by him in performing the work entrusted to him.

على السمسار ولو لم يكن مفوضًا إلا من أحد طرفي الصفقة أن يعرضها عليهما
عرضًا أمينًا وأن يوقفهما على جميع الظروف التي يعلمها عنها، ويكون مسؤولاً
