English translation
A broker may not claim remuneration or recover expenses if he has acted to the detriment of the contracting party in the interest of the other contracting party who did not engage him as intermediary in concluding the contract, or if he obtained from that contracting party, contrary to what good faith requires, a promise of a benefit for himself.

لا يجوز للسمسار المطالبة بالأجر أو استرداد المصروفات إذا عمل إضرارًا بالعاقد
لمصلحة العاقد الآخر الذي لم يوسطه في إبرام العقد، أو إذا حصل مـن هـذا الـعـاقــد
