English translation
1- The bank must hand the lessee the key to the safe-deposit box, and the bank alone may retain a copy thereof. The key remains the bank's property and must be returned to it upon termination of the lease. 2- The bank may not authorize anyone other than the lessee or his agent to open the safe-deposit box.

١ - على البنك أن سليم المستأجر مفتاح الخزانة وللبنك دون غيره أن يحتفظ بنسخة
منه، ويبقى المفتاح ملكا للبنك ويجب رده إليه عند انتهاء الإيجار.
٢ – ولا يجوز للبنك أن يأذن لغير المستأجر أو وكيله في فتح الخزانة.Ask about this article
