English translation
A revocable documentary credit shall not impose any obligation on the bank toward the beneficiary. The bank may at any time amend or cancel it on its own initiative or at the instructing party's request, without needing to notify the beneficiary, provided that the amendment or cancellation occurs in good faith and at an appropriate time.

لا يترتب على الاعتماد المستندي القابل للنقض أي التزام على البنك قبل المستفيد،
ويجوز للبنك في كل وقت تعديله أو إلغاءه من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على طلب الأمر
دون حاجة إلى إخطار المستفيد بشرط أن يقع التعديل أو الإلغاء بحسن نية وفي وقت
