1 - Without prejudice to the provision of Article 427, an endorsement may not be made subject to a condition, and every condition to which an endorsement is made subject shall be deemed nonexistent. 2 - A partial endorsement is void. 3- An endorsement to bearer shall be deemed an endorsement in blank.

١ - مع عدم الاخلال بحكم المادة ٤٢٧ ، لا يجوز تعليق التظهير على شرط وكل شرط
يعلق عليه التظهير يعتبر كأنه لم يكن .
٢ - والتظهير الجزئي باطل.
