The Real Estate Registration Department shall consist of the following sections: 1- The Technical Section. 2- The Clerical Section. 3- The Administrative Section. Any other sections required by the state of the work may be established therein. The Department shall have a head and a director, and its work shall be carried out by a sufficient number of employees as required by the Department's work needs.

تتكون دائرة التسجيل العقاري من الاقسام الآتية :
١- القسم الفني.
٢- القسم الكتابي.
٣- القسم الاداري.
ويجوز ان ينشأ بها اي اقسام اخرى تتطلبها حالة العمل.
ويكون للدائرة رئيس ومدير ويقوم باعمالها عدد كاف من الموظفين الذين تتطلبهم
