English translation
The originals of registered instruments, or the books, documents, and supporting papers relating thereto, may not be removed from the Department. However, judicial authorities may examine them and then return them.

لا يجوز ان تنقل من الدائرة اصول المحررات التي تم تسجيلها ولا الدفاتر او الوثائق
