English translation
All dispositions that would create, transfer, alter or extinguish any principal real right in immovable property, as well as final judgments establishing any of the foregoing, must be registered by way of registration, including endowments and wills. Failure to register shall result in the aforementioned rights not being created, transferred, altered or extinguished, whether between the parties concerned or in relation to others. Unregistered dispositions shall have no effects other than personal obligations between the parties concerned.

جميع التصرفات التي من شأنها انشاء حق من الحقوق العينية العقارية الاصلية
او نقله او تغييره او زواله ، وكذلك الاحكام النهائية المثبتة لشئ من ذلك يجب
تسجيلها بطريق التسجيل بما في ذلك الوقف والوصية.
ويترتب على عدم التسجيل ان الحقوق المذكورة لا تنشأ ولا تنتقل ولا تتغير ولا
تزول ، لا بين ذوي الشأن ولا بالنسبة الى غيرهم.
ولا يكون للتصرفات غير المسجلة من الآثار سوى الالتزامات الشخصية بين ذوي
