English translation
All dispositions and final judgments declaratory of any principal real right in immovable property must likewise be registered. This provision applies to the partition of immovable property even where its subject matter is inherited property.

جميع التصرفات والاحكام النهائية المقررة لحق من الحقوق العينية العقارية الاصلية
يجب كذلك تسجيلها .
