English translation
A right established by inheritance must be registered whenever it comprises rights in rem in immovable property, and no disposition made by an heir concerning any of these rights may be registered before the inheritance right is registered. Registration of the inheritance right may be limited to part of the immovable properties of the estate.

يجب تسجيل الحق الثابت بالارث متى اشتمل على حقوق عينية عقارية ، ولا يجوز
تسجيل أي تصرف يصدر من الوارث في حق من هذه الحقوق قبل تسجيل حق
الارث.
ويجوز ان يقتصر تسجيل حق الارث على جزء من عقارات التركة.Ask about this article
