Article 13 of Real Estate Registration Law

The instruments intended for registration must include the following: First - Particulars indicating the identity of each party, particularly his name, surname, age, nationality, place of residence, and the names of his father and paternal grandfather. Third - Particulars necessary and useful for identifying the property, particularly its location and its tolerance or its lengths and boundaries. Fourth - The subject matter of the instrument intended for registration and a statement of the consideration or debt, if any. Fifth - Particulars concerning the origin of the ownership right or the right in rem that is the subject of the disposition. Sixth - A statement of the rights in rem established over the property being disposed of, if any. Seventh - An acknowledgment by the person in whose favor the disposition is made that he has inspected the property that is the subject of the transaction, accepted it in its present condition, and taken possession of it.
