English translation
Anyone who publishes a book sacred in the belief of any religion and deliberately distorts it in a manner that changes its meaning, intending thereby to offend that religion, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينارا
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من نشر كتابا مقدسا في عقيدة دين من الاديان
