English translation
There is no offence if research into a religion or religious doctrine is disseminated in a lecture, article or scholarly book, in a calm, balanced manner free of inflammatory expressions, and the researcher's good faith is established by his orientation towards purely scholarly criticism.

علمي، بأسلوب هادئ متزن خال من الألفاظ المثيرة، وثبت حسن نية الباحث
