Article 109 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Anyone who destroys, damages or desecrates a place designated for the performance of religious rites, or commits within it an act violating the respect due to that religion. And is aware of the significance of his act, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or either of these two penalties.
