English translation
Any person required to give testimony before a judicial authority who takes the oath and then makes false statements knowing them to be untrue shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. Any person entrusted by the judiciary with expert work or translation who intentionally alters the truth in any manner whatsoever shall be deemed a false witness.

كل شخص كلف بأداء الشهادة أمام إحدى الجهات القضائية وأقسم اليمين، ثم
ادلى ببيانات كاذبة وهو يعلم عدم صحتها ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث
سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائتين وخمسة وعشرين دينارا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ويعد في حكم الشاهد زورا كل شخص يكلفه القضاء بعمل من اعمال الخبرة أو
