English translation
The victim of the offences provided for in Articles )134, 135( of this Law may not withdraw his complaint, reconcile with the accused or pardon him pursuant to the provisions of Articles )240,110, )241( of the Criminal Procedure and Trials Law No. )17( of 1960.
