English translation
Anyone who intentionally sets fire to things in order to convey it to the thing intended to be burned, instead of setting fire to it directly, shall be punished by the penalties stipulated in the preceding articles.

يعاقب بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المواد السابقة كل من وضع النار عمدا في
