English translation
Anyone who removes the words or markings placed on a previously used stamp indicating its prior use, intending to use it in circulation again, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or either of these two penalties.

كل من أزال الألفاظ أو العلاقات الموضوعة على طابع استعمل من قبل والدالة
على سبق استعماله، قاصدا أن يستعمله في التداول من جديد يعاقب بالحبس مدة
