English translation
Any person who counterfeits or forges an individual's seal, and any person who counterfeits or forges stamps intending to use them in circulation, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. A stamp means any impression on material, whatever its type or size, indicating payment of a fee or fulfilment of a condition for a particular procedure.

كل من قلد أو زور خاتما لأحد الأفراد، وكل من قلد أو زور الطوابع وهو قاصد
استعمالها في التداول، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز
مائتين وخمسة وعشرين دينارا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ويعد طابعا كل أثر منطبع على مادة أيا كان نوعها أو حجمها، دالا على سداد رسم
