The preceding penalties shall be imposed on anyone who unlawfully obtains the seal of the State, the seal of a government department, or the seal of a public official, and uses it in a manner detrimental to the public interest or to the interest of an individual.

إحدى المصالح الحكومية أو خاتم أحد الموظفين العامين، واستعمله استعمالا ضارا
