English translation
In all cases in which the preceding Articles apply, the court must, whether it convicts or acquits the accused, order the confiscation of the counterfeit coins and all devices, tools, machines and materials capable of being used in counterfeiting coinage.

في جميع الحالات التي تطبق فيها المواد السابقة، يتعين على المحكمة سواء قضت بإدانة
المتهم أو ببراءته، أن تحكم بمصادرة المسكوكات المزيفة وجميع الاجهزة والأدوات
