English translation
Anyone who circulates counterfeit coins in the manner specified in the preceding Article, and anyone who uses them Law Index 153 Home Page Kuwaiti Penal Code Law No. 16 of 1960 Promulgating the Penal Code and its Amendments in any manner whatsoever, or brings them into the country, knowing them to be counterfeit, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding three hundred and seventy-five dinars, or either of these two penalties.

على أي نحو كان، أو أدخلها في البلاد، وهو عالم بتزييفها، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
تجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز ثلاثمائة وخمسة وسبعين دينار أو بإحدى
