Article 267 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Persons committing the felonies relating to counterfeiting or forging the banknotes mentioned in the preceding articles shall be exempt from punishment if they inform the competent authorities of these felonies before their completion, or before the search for them commences, or if they facilitate the arrest of the remaining perpetrators of these felonies, even after the commencement of the said search.
