English translation
Anyone who manufactures or contributes to the manufacture of, repairs, or brings into Kuwait any machine, tool, paper or material whatsoever used in the imitation or forgery of banknotes, knowing that it may be used for that purpose, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years, to which a fine not exceeding five hundred and twenty-five dinars may be added.

كل من صنع أو ساهم في صناعة، أو قام بإصلاح، أو أدخل في الكويت، آلة أو أداة
أو ورقة أو مادة أيا كانت تستعمل في تقليد الأوراق النقدية أو تزويرها، وهـو عـالم
باحتمال استعمالها في ذلك، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات، ويجوز أن
