Article 273 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Persons who commit the felonies mentioned in Articles 268, 269, 271 shall be exempt from punishment if they inform the authorities of these crimes before their completion, or before the search for them begins, or if they facilitate the arrest of the remaining perpetrators of these felonies, even after the aforementioned search begins. 6- Forgery of Seals and Stamps
