Except for actions for which the law has prescribed a special method of institution, in civil and commercial disputes not exceeding two thousand dinars, to the Summary Court by a statement of claim pursuant to the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure or by stating the claims before the competent clerk, who shall then draw up a record based on the particulars supplied by the plaintiff or his agent, or pursuant to the text of Article 51 of the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure. )2(

فــيما عــدا الدعــاوى التــى رســم القانــون طريقــا خاصــا لرفعهــا فى المنازعــات المدنيــة
والتجاريــة التــى لا تجــاوز ألــفين دينــار إلى المحكمــة الجزئيــة بصحيفــة طبقــا لقانــون
المرافعــات المدنيــة والتجاريــة أو بــالادلاء بالطلبــات أمــام الكاتــب المختــص الــذى عليــه
عندئــذ أن يحــرر محضرا مــن واقــع مــا يــدلى بــه المدعــى أو وكيلــه مــن بيانــات، أو طبقــا
