Article 2 of Small Claims Law

The court registry shall notify the defendant of the date of the first hearing scheduled for consideration of the dispute, whether personally, by electronic mail, or by any modern electronic means of communication capable of being stored and retrieved, as prescribed by a decision of the Minister of Justice, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.
