English translation
If the plaintiff fails to attend the hearing scheduled for consideration of the action, the court shall adjudicate the action if it is ready for judgment; otherwise, it shall order it struck out. The action shall be deemed never to have been brought if neither litigant serves the other litigant with notice of proceeding with the action within fifteen days of its being struck out.

إذا تخلف المدعى عن الحضور الجلسة المحددة لنظر الدعوى حكمت المحكمة في
الدعوى إذا كانت صالحة للحكم فيها وإلا قررت شطبها وتعتبر الدعوى كأن لم
تكن إذا لم يعلن أحد الخصوم الخصم الآخر بالسير فى الدعوى خلال خمسة عشرة
