English translation
The litigants shall appear in person on the day fixed for hearing the cases, or those whom they authorize by an official or authenticated document shall appear on their behalf. The authorization may be given at the hearing by a declaration without in its minutes. The agent is not required to be a lawyer, a relative, or a relative by marriage.

يحضر الخصوم فى اليوم المحدد لنظر الدعاوى بأنفسهم أو يحضر عنهم ما يوكلونه
بورقة رسمية أو موثقة ، ويجوز أن يعطى التوكيل في الجلسة بتقرير بدون في محضرها.
