The committee referred to in the preceding Article may, during the proceedings or after judgment therein, upon an application by the Judicial Fees Department or a litigant in the action, annul the exemption decision if it is established to its satisfaction that the state of inability justifying the exemption has ceased. The court registry shall notify the circuit hearing the action of the annulment decision. )3(

يجــوز للجنــة المشــار إليهــا في المادة الســابقة، أثنــاء سير الدعــوى أو بعــد الحكــم فيهــا، بنــاء
على طلــب إدارة الرســوم القضائيــة أو الخصــم في الدعــوى إبطــال قــرار الإعفــاء إذا ثبــت
لديهــا زوال حالــة العجــز المبرر للإعفاء.
