Article 121 of Companies Law

The memorandum of association of a public shareholding company must include the following particulars: Home Page 1486 Law Index Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law 1 - The company's name. 2 - Its head office. 3 - The company's duration, if any. 4 - The objects for which the company was established. 5 - The names of the founding partners, who may not number fewer than five persons. Companies established by the State or public authorities and institutions are excepted from this, as these may undertake incorporation alone or involve a smaller number. 6 - The amount of the company's capital and the number of shares into which the capital is divided. 7 - A statement of each non-cash contribution, all special conditions for its provision, its contributor's name, and the pledge rights and privileges attaching to that contribution. 8 - The advantages granted to the founders and the reasons for those advantages. 9 - An approximate statement of the expenses, fees, and costs that the company pays or undertakes to pay by reason of its incorporation.
