English translation
The founders shall submit to the constituent assembly a report containing comprehensive information on all incorporation operations and the amounts expended, together with supporting documents. This report shall be placed at a location designated by the founders for inspection by subscribers at least seven days before the assembly meeting, and this shall be mentioned in the invitation to subscribers to attend the meeting.

يقدم المؤسسون إلى الجمعية التأسيسية تقريرًا يتضمن معلومات وافية عن جميــع
عمليات التأسيس والمبالغ التي أنفقت مع المستندات المؤيدة لذلك. ويوضع هذا
التقرير في مكان يحدده المؤسسون لاطلاع المكتتبين عليه وذلك قبل اجتماع الجمعية
