English translation
The founders shall invite the subscribers to attend the constituent assembly within three months from the date subscription closes. If this period elapses without the invitation being issued, the Ministry shall do so within fifteen days from the date of expiry of the said period by inviting the constituent assembly to convene.

على المؤسسين دعوة المكتتبين إلى حضور الجمعية التأسيسية خلال ثلاثة أشهر من
تاريخ قفل باب الاكتتاب ، فإذا انقضت هذه المدة دون أن تتم الدعوة قامت بها
الوزارة خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ انقضاء المدة المذكورة بدعوة الجمعية
