Within three months of the closing of subscription, the founders shall submit to the Ministry a statement of the number of shares subscribed for, the subscribers' payment of the instalments payable, the names and addresses of the subscribers, the number of shares subscribed for by each of them, the value of the share and the amount paid towards its value, and the names of subscribers whose subscriptions were invalidated as a result of screening the subscription applications. على المؤسسين خلال ثلاثة أشهر من قفل باب الاكتتاب أن يقدموا للوزارة بيانا
بعدد الأسهم التي اكتتب بها ، وبقيام المكتتبين بدفع الأقساط الواجب دفعها وبأسماء
المكتتبين، وعناوينهم وعدد الأسهم التي اكتتب بها كل منهم وقيمة السهم وما
دفع من قيمته، وأسماء المكتتبين الذين أبطل اكتتابهم نتيجة فرز طلبات الاكتتاب.
وللوزارة إذا وجدت أن بعض أحكام هذا القانون لم تراع بالنسبة إلى الاكتتاب أو
تخصيص الأسهم أن تقدم تقريرًا بذلك إلى الجمعية التأسيسية بالإضافة إلى إبلاغ
