English translation
The company may—after obtaining the approval of the extraordinary general assembly—return the nominal value of some of its shares to the shareholders. This value shall be taken from the company’s undistributed profits and voluntary reserve. The holders of amortized shares shall be granted enjoyment shares carrying all the rights prescribed for ordinary shares, except for recovery of the nominal value upon liquidation of the company.

يجوز للشركة - بعد الحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية - رد القيمة
الاسمية لبعض أسهمها للمساهمين، وتؤخذ هذه القيمة من الأرباح غير الموزعة
والاحتياطي الاختياري للشركة.
ويمنح أصحاب الأسهم المستهلكة أسهم تمتع يكون لها كافة الحقوق المقررة للأسهم
