English translation
Shareholders may not dispose of their shares until the company issues its first balance sheet covering at least twelve months. An exception shall apply to a disposition made by a shareholder or his heirs to one of his relatives up to the second degree or to another shareholder, or by the bankruptcy administrator, the State, or a public institution or authority to a third party. Every disposition made contrary to this shall be void. Every interested person may invoke this nullity, and the court shall rule upon it of its own motion.

لا يجوز للمساهمين التصرف في أسهمهم إلا بعد أن تصدر الشركة أول ميزانية لها
عن اثني عشر شهرًا على الأقل، ويستثنى من ذلك التصرف الذي يتم من أحد
المساهمين أو ورثته إلى أحد أقاربه حتى الدرجة الثانية أو إلى مساهـم آخر، أو من
مدير التفليسة أو الدولة أو إحدى المؤسسات أو الهيئات العامة إلى الغير.
ويقع باطلاً كل تصرف يتم على خلاف ذلك، ولكل ذي شأن أن يتمسك بهذا البطلان
