Article 171 of Companies Law

English translation

The founders may not dispose of their shares until at least two financial years have elapsed from the date of the company's registration in the commercial register. An exception shall apply to a disposition made by a founder or his heirs to one of his relatives up to the second degree or to another founder, or by the bankruptcy administrator, the State, or a public institution or authority to a third party. Every contravening disposition shall be void, and any interested party may invoke such nullity, and the court shall rule on it of its own motion.
