Article 178 of Companies Law

A member of the company shall enjoy, in particular, the following rights: 1- Receiving profits and obtaining bonus shares whose distribution is decided. 2 - Participating in the management of the company through membership of the board of directors, attending general meetings and participating in their deliberations, in accordance with the provisions of the law and the company’s memorandum of association.
