Article 179 of Companies Law

A member of the company shall, in particular, be bound by the following: 1 - Paying the installments due on the shares he owns when their due dates arrive and paying compensation for delay in payment. 2 - Paying the expenses incurred by the company in collecting the unpaid installments of the value of his shares; the company may levy execution against the shares to satisfy its rights. 3 - Implementing the resolutions issued by the company's general assembly. 4 - Refraining from any act that harms the financial or non-material interests of the company and undertaking to compensate for the damage arising from a breach thereof. h - Following the prescribed rules and procedures concerning the trading of shares.
