English translation
The company shall be managed by a board of directors. The company's memorandum of association shall specify the manner of its formation, the number of its members and the term of membership on it. The number of board members may not be fewer than five, and the term of membership on the board shall be three years, renewable. If it is not possible to elect a new board of directors at the prescribed time, the existing board shall continue to manage the company's business until the reasons cease to exist and a new board is elected.

يتولى إدارة الشركة مجلس إدارة، يبين عقد الشركة طريقة تكوينه، وعدد أعضائه
ومدة العضوية فيه، ولا يجوز أن يقل عدد أعضاء المجلس عن خمسة، وتكون مدة
العضوية في المجلس ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
وإذا تعذر انتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد في الميعاد المحدد استمر المجلس القائم في إدارة
