The general assembly of shareholders may not do the following: 1 - Increase a shareholder's financial burdens or increase the nominal value of a share. 2- Reduce the percentage of net profits required to be distributed to shareholders as specified in the company contract. 3- Impose new conditions other than those stated in the company contract concerning a shareholder's entitlement to attend and vote at general assemblies. However, these provisions may be departed from with the written consent of all shareholders or by a unanimous vote in which all shareholders participate, after obtaining the Authority's approval and completing the procedures necessary to amend the company contract.
