English translation
A holding company shall take one of the following forms: 1- A joint-stock company. 2- A limited liability company. 3- A single-person company. The phrase “holding company” shall be stated in all papers, advertisements, correspondence, and other documents issued by it, alongside its trade name.

تتخذ الشركة القابضة أحد الأشكال التالية:
۱- شركة المساهمة.
٢- الشركة ذات المسئولية المحدودة.
٣- شركة الشخص الواحد.
ويجب أن تذكر عبارة شركة قابضة في جميع الأوراق والإعلانات والمراسلات وسائر
