English translation
A partnership limited by shares shall have a general assembly comprising all general partners and shareholders, to which the provisions governing the general assembly of a closed shareholding company shall apply. The company’s manager shall have the powers of the board of directors of a closed shareholding company concerning convening the general assembly.

يكون لشركة التوصية بالأسهم جمعية عامة تتكون من جميع الشركاء المتضامنين
والمساهمين وتسري عليها الأحكام الخاصة بالجمعية العامة في شركة المساهمة المقفلة.
ويكون لمدير الشركة صلاحيات مجلس الإدارة في شركة المساهمة المقفلة بشأن دعوة
