Article 75 of Companies Law

If the position of the company's manager becomes vacant, the supervisory board must appoint an interim manager to handle urgent matters and invite the general assembly to meet within fifteen days from the date of his appointment to take a decision concerning the appointment of a manager for the company in accordance with the majority required to amend the company's memorandum of association, unless the company's memorandum of association provides otherwise.
