English translation
A joint venture company shall have no legal personality, and third parties shall have no legal connection with the company’s business except with the partner or partners with whom they have contracted. The partners shall have recourse against one another, in relation to the company’s business, the extent of their connection with it, and each partner’s share in profit and loss, in accordance with what they have agreed upon.

ليس لشركة المحاصة شخصية اعتبارية، ولا يكون للغير رابطة قانونية بأعمال
الشركة إلا مع الشريك أو الشركاء الذين تعاقد معهم.
ويرجع الشركاء بعضهم على بعض، فيما يتعلق بأعمال الشركة وفي مدى ارتباطهم
