English translation
The contract of an undisclosed partnership is not subject to registration in the Commercial Register or to publicity. The contract shall be concluded by specifying the partners’ rights and obligations and determining how profits and losses are to be divided among them, and other terms. The principles established for a company contract shall generally apply to this contract. The contract may be proved by all means of proof, including testimony and presumptions.

لا يخضع عقد شركة المحاصة للقيد في السجل التجاري ولا للعلانية ويبرم العقد
بتعيين حقوق الشركاء والتزاماتهم ولتحديد كيفية اقتسام الأرباح والخسائر بينهم،
وغير ذلك من الشروط.
وتسري على هذا العقد بوجه عام المبادئ المقررة في عقد الشركة.
