English translation
The license to establish a professional company shall be issued by the Ministry in coordination with the bodies legally competent to supervise the regulation of the affairs of the profession practiced by the company and in accordance with the conditions and rules prescribed by the Ministry in this regard. The company contract must be publicized by recording it in a special register prepared for this purpose by the competent body—which approved the Ministry's issuance of the license. The company shall not acquire legal personality and may not conduct its business until after its registration in this register.

يكون الترخيص بتأسيس الشركة المهنية من الوزارة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة
قانونا بالإشراف على تنظيم شؤون المهنة التي تمارسها الشركة ووفقا للشروط
والقواعد التي تقررها الوزارة في هذا الشأن.
ويتعين إشهار عقد الشركة عن طريق التأشير به في سجل خاص تعده لهذا الغرض
الجهة المختصة - التي وافقت للوزارة على إصدار الترخيص - ولا تكتسب الشركة
