English translation
The company’s capital must be sufficient to achieve its objects and must be fully paid up. The Executive Regulations shall specify the minimum capital of the company. The capital shall be divided into indivisible interests of equal value, and the capital may include contributions in kind valued in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 11 of this Law.

يجب أن يكون رأس مال الشركة كافيًا لتحقيق أغراضها، ويكون مدفوعًا بالكامل،
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية الحد الأدنى لرأس مال الشركة، ويقسم رأس المال إلى
حصص متساوية القيمة غير قابلة للتجزئة، ويجوز أن يشمل رأس المال حصصا
